Ivy City Co., of Riverton, Utah, is recalling approximately 700 units of children’s pajamas. The recall was initiated because the garments violate federal flammability regulations for children’s sleepwear, posing a burn hazard to children. The recall notice was published on January 16, 2025, by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). No injuries have been reported in connection with this recall.

2. Affected Products
The recall involves the following Ivy City brand children’s pajama styles:
– Mini Bella Bunny Pajamas (with and without Feathers)
– Mini Camille Pajamas (with and without Feathers)
– Mini Petra Short Sleeve Nightgown (green)
– Mini Petra Long Sleeve Nightgown (purple)

The pajamas were sold in children’s sizes: 12-18M, 2T, 3T, 4-5, 6-7, 8Y, 9-10, 11-12, and 13-14. The size and the brand name “Ivy City” are printed on the neck label. The side seam label contains the fiber content, washing instructions, and “Made in China.” The fiber content varies by style:
– Mini Bella Bunny Pajamas: 100% Polyester
– Mini Camille Pajamas: 100% cotton
– Mini Petra Nightgowns: 62% cotton, 33% Polyester, 4% nylon, and 1% spandex

The recalled products were sold exclusively by Ivy City at their store in Riverton, Utah, and online at https://ivycityco.com/ from January 2024 through August 2024, for a retail price between approximately $50 and $70.

3. Hazard Information
The recalled children’s pajamas violate the federal flammability standards for children’s sleepwear. This violation poses a risk of burn injuries to children. As of the date of the recall notice, no injuries or incidents have been reported.

4. Consumer Action Required
Consumers should immediately take the recalled pajamas away from children and stop using them. Consumers must destroy the garments by cutting them in half and disposing of them. After destroying the garment, consumers should email a photo of the destroyed garment to Ivy City at hello@ivycityco.com to receive a refund. Ivy City is contacting all known purchasers directly.

5. Official Remedy
The official remedy is a full refund. Consumers who provide a photo of the destroyed garment to Ivy City will receive a full refund for the recalled product.
