The product was manufactured in China. The specific units affected were sold between March 2024 and March 2025.

The recalled high chairs pose a hazard due to the opening between the seat and tray being large enough that a child can become entrapped. Additionally, the child restraint system can fail, posing a fall hazard. These conditions are violations of the federal standards for high chairs.
