1. Recall Summary
On October 2, 2025, In Motion Design Inc., of Paramount, California, initiated a recall of Evermore Surprise Eggs. The recall was published under CPSC Recall Number 26001. The recall was issued because the toy airplane contained inside the Surprise Eggs violates the federal lead content ban. No injuries have been reported in connection with this recall.
2. Affected Products
The recall involves Evermore Surprise Eggs with a yellow, pink, or green wrap. The Surprise Eggs themselves are gold in color and contain seven different toys, including a toy airplane. Approximately 98,350 units of the product are affected by this recall. The products were sold at 7-Eleven, Horizon, Speedway, and Murphy stores nationwide from March 2025 through April 2025 for about $10. The products were manufactured in China.
3. Hazard Information
The toy airplane found inside the Surprise Egg contains levels of lead that exceed the federal lead content ban. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health issues. As of the date of the recall notice, no injuries have been reported.

Consumers should stop using the Surprise Eggs immediately. Consumers must destroy the toy airplane, take a photograph of the destroyed airplane, and send that photo to support@in-motion-design.com. After sending the photo, consumers should dispose of the airplane in accordance with local and state laws. Consumers should then contact In Motion Design to arrange for a refund.
