1. Recall Summary
On November 13, 2025, a recall was announced for Zippee children’s activity silicone toys. The recall was issued by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and involves approximately 117,500 units in the United States, with an additional 25,786 units sold in Canada. The toys were imported by Mobi Games, Inc. of Canada and manufactured in China. The recall was initiated because the toys violate the mandatory federal standard for toys due to a choking hazard.

2. Affected Products
The recalled product is the Zippee children’s activity silicone toy. The toy consists of a teal flexible silicone cylinder body with holes through which six different colored silicone strings can be pulled. Five of the six silicone strings have a spherical ball attached to the end of the string. The recalled toys may have date codes in MMDDYY format ranging from 030620 to 110823, which are marked inside the toy’s silicone cylinder body. The toys were sold on Amazon.com, PlayMobi.com, other online platforms, and in specialty toy stores from November 2019 through January 2024 for approximately $20.

3. Hazard Information
The recalled silicone activity toys contain spherical ends that can reach the back of the throat, posing a serious choking hazard to children. According to the recall notice, the product violates the mandatory standard for toys. Mobi Games is aware of one incident involving a child placing the toy in his or her mouth and gagging, which resulted in vomiting and choking. The child was released from medical care with no further injuries.

4. Consumer Action Required
Consumers should stop using the recalled toy immediately and take it away from children. Consumers are directed to contact Mobi Games to receive a full refund. To obtain the refund, consumers will be asked to register their product online by first confirming they have an affected version with spherical ends on the strings and then by providing a photo of the destroyed toy. Consumers will be directed to destroy the toy by cutting the spherical ends off the silicone strings and writing their initials and date on the teal cylinder.

The official remedy for this recall is a full refund. Consumers must follow the destruction instructions provided by Mobi Games (cutting the spherical ends off the silicone strings and writing initials and date on the teal cylinder) and submit a photo of the destroyed toy to receive the refund.
