2. Affected Products
The recalled products are:
– Giraffe Plush Toy with clip: This toy has a yellow body with a yellow claw clip. The legs are orange and blue with various colored paws. The ears are black and white animal print. The toy measures approximately nine inches long. The white sewn-in label contains the numbers “HL699436” or “HL731481.” The hang tag has “2553675” printed on the front left corner.
– Llama Plush Toy with clip: This toy has a white body with a green claw clip. The body includes a mirror and an orange triangle teether attached to the body. The legs are orange and yellow with various colored paws. The toy measures approximately 12 inches long. The white sewn-in label contains the number “HL699436.” The hang tag has “2553634” printed on the front left corner.

The products were sold at Hobby Lobby Stores nationwide and online at hobbylobby.com from May 2025 through December 2025. The Giraffe plush toy sold for approximately $6, and the Llama plush toy sold for approximately $8.

3. Hazard Information
The hazard identified in the recall notice is that the legs of the plush toy can detach from the body, allowing the release of small beads that are on the legs. This poses a choking hazard to young children. The firm has received one report of the leg detaching from the body of the plush toy, allowing the small beads to detach from the leg. No injuries have been reported.

4. Consumer Action Required
Consumers should immediately stop using the Giraffe Plush Toy with clip and the Llama Plush Toy with clip. Consumers should return the recalled products to the nearest Hobby Lobby Store for a full refund.
