The recalled product is the TheKiddoSpace LED Soccer Hover Ball. The recalled balls are plastic, black and white in color, and have foam bumpers. They measure approximately 5.5 inches in diameter. Only the small hover balls are included in this recall. The product packaging displays the TheKiddoSpace logo, the text “HOVER LED SOCCER BALL,” and the phrase “GLIDE INTO FUN!” on the front. The balls were received by consumers as promotional giveaways from December 2024 through February 2025. The importer is SN Commerce LLC, dba TheKiddoSpaceStore, of Dover, Delaware. The product was manufactured in China. Approximately 650 units are affected.

3. Hazard Information
The surface temperature of the recalled toys’ batteries exceeds the allowable limit, which violates the mandatory standard for toys. This condition poses a risk of burn injuries. TheKiddoSpace has received three reports of a burning smell coming from the hover ball when in use. No injuries have been reported.

4. Consumer Action Required
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled balls, take them away from children, and contact TheKiddoSpace to receive a free replacement LED soccer hover ball, including shipping. Consumers will be asked to write “RECALLED” in permanent marker on the ball and send a photo of the marked ball to info@thekiddospace.com. After sending the photo, consumers should dispose of the ball in accordance with their local waste disposal requirements.

The official remedy is a free replacement product. Consumers will receive a free replacement LED soccer hover ball, including shipping, after they have marked the recalled ball with “RECALLED” in permanent marker, sent a photo of the marked ball to the provided email address, and properly disposed of the original ball.
