1. Recall Summary
This recall involves spray bottles for Tomum Minoxidil Hair Growth Treatment, 100 mL. The product is distributed by Belleka Inc, doing business as TOMUM, of China. The recall was initiated because the product violates the mandatory standard for child-resistant packaging under the Poison Prevention Packaging Act. 2. Affected Products
The recalled product is the Tomum Hair Regrowth Treatment with Minoxidil for Men and Women Spray Bottles. The spray bottles are silver with a blue wraparound label and a black cap. The bottles are packaged in a blue box. Both the bottle and the box have “TOMUM” and “Hair Growth Treatment” printed on labels located on their fronts. The product is a 100 mL spray bottle. Approximately 27,400 units are affected. The product was sold online at Amazon.com from March 2025 through September 2025 for about $20. The product was manufactured in China. Distributors include Belleka Inc, dba TOMUM, of China; Chifengrongxiangshangmaoyouxiangongsi, dba Haircare Solution, of China; SOLUVIA LLC, of Brooklyn, New York, US; and Xingchang Technology Co., Ltd., dba Xingchang, of China.

3. Hazard Information
The hair serum contains minoxidil, which must be in child-resistant packaging as required by the Poison Prevention Packaging Act. The recalled hair serum bottles are not child-resistant. This poses a risk of serious injury or death from poisoning if the contents are swallowed by young children. No injuries have been reported as of the recall publication date.

4. Consumer Action Required
Consumers should immediately secure the recalled serum bottles out of sight and reach of children. Consumers must then contact Belleka to arrange for a free replacement product. As part of the remedy process, consumers will be asked to dispose of the recalled product bottle and send a photo of the bottle in the trash to Belleka at tomumcs@gmail.com.

5. Official Remedy
The official remedy is a replacement. Consumers will receive a free replacement product that includes two child-resistant bottles of serum (60 mL per unit). Consumers must dispose of the recalled product bottle and provide photographic proof of disposal to Belleka via email at tomumcs@gmail.com.
