1. Recall Summary
This recall involves Kith-branded children’s loungewear sets, specifically the “Kids Kithmas Plaid Lounge Sets.” The recall was initiated by Kith Retail Inc. of Brooklyn, New York, in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). The recall notice was published on June 25, 2026, and last updated on June 30, 2026. The recall number is 26507. The products were sold in the United States and Canada. Approximately 130 units were sold in the U.S., and an additional nine units were sold in Canada.

2. Affected Products
The recalled products are Kith-branded children’s loungewear sets described as woven pajamas consisting of a long-sleeved shirt with buttons, a front pocket, and matching pants. The loungewear sets were sold in a black and red plaid print. Sizes range from 9–12 months through XL (14/16). The word “Kith” is embroidered on the front pocket and on the left leg of the pants. The sewn-in neck label contains the text “Kith Kids” and the size. The sewn-in side seam label contains the numbers “RN140659” and “KHK190026.” The products were sold at Kith stores nationwide and online at www.kith.com from December 2025 through January 2026 for approximately $75. The products were manufactured in India.

3. Hazard Information
The recalled children’s loungewear sets violate the mandatory flammability standards for children’s sleepwear, posing a risk of serious burn injuries. As of the recall publication date, no injuries have been reported.

4. Consumer Action Required
Consumers should stop using the recalled loungewear immediately. Consumers are instructed to contact Kith Retail for a full refund. As part of the remedy process, consumers will be asked to destroy the pajamas by cutting them in half. After cutting the product, consumers must send a photo of the destroyed pajamas to recalls@kithnyc.com. After sending the photo, consumers should dispose of the product. Consumers should refer to the instructions provided at kith.com/pages/recall for detailed steps.

5. Official Remedy
The official remedy is a full refund. Consumers who follow the destruction and photo submission process will receive a full refund from Kith Retail.
