The product packaging bears the text “X004P47MYP Besslly Hallow…Fun and Durable New.” Approximately 650 units were sold in the United States. The kits were manufactured in China and distributed by LinkInnow International Co., Ltd., doing business as Besslly Store, of China. The kits were sold exclusively online at Amazon.com from March 2024 through December 2025 for a price range of $9 to $20.

Hazard Information
The recalled carving kits violate the mandatory federal safety standard for consumer products with button cell and coin batteries. Specifically, the button cell batteries inside the tea lights can be accessed easily by children, posing an ingestion hazard. Additionally, the product and its packaging do not contain the warning labels required under Reese’s Law. When button cell or coin batteries are swallowed, the ingested batteries can cause serious injuries, internal chemical burns, and death. No injuries have been reported to date.
