Affected Products

The loungers were sold in the following styles: yellow zoo animal, blue dinosaur, blue rainbow, blue and grey star, colorful elephant, grey and blue palm leaf, light brown farm theme, pink butterfly and plant, pink deer, white and grey cloud, and white and grey elephant. The label “BABY NEST” is printed on an attached label inside the lounger’s cover.

The loungers were sold exclusively on Amazon from November 2024 through August 2025 at a price between $25 and $50. The distributor is Shenzhenshiyingjiayueshangmaoyouxiangongsi, doing business as Belivium, of China. The product was manufactured in China.

Hazard Information
The baby loungers fail to comply with the mandatory CPSC standard for Infant Sleep Products in several ways:
– The sides of the lounger are shorter than the minimum side height limit required to secure an infant.
– The sleeping pad’s thickness exceeds the maximum permitted limit, which poses a suffocation hazard.
– The enclosed openings at the foot of the lounger are wider than allowed, creating fall and entrapment hazards for infants.
– The portable loungers do not have a stand, which also presents a fall hazard.

These violations together create an unsafe sleeping environment for infants and pose a risk of serious injury or death from suffocation, entrapment, and falls. As of the recall date, no incidents or injuries have been reported to CPSC or the firm.

Consumer Action Required
Consumers are instructed to stop using the recalled baby loungers immediately. They should contact Belivium to arrange for a full refund. To obtain the refund, consumers must destroy the lounger by removing the sleeping pad, cutting up the sides of the lounger and the sleeping pad, and then emailing a photograph of the destroyed lounger to BeliviumRecall@163.com. After submitting the photo, Belivium will process a full refund.
