Recall Information Record
Recall Summary
On November 26, 2025, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announced a recall of Sofoliana and Glotika baby loungers. The recall notice was issued under Recall Number 26116. The products were distributed by Shenzhen Bosen Trading Co., Ltd., doing business as Bosen US, of China. The baby loungers were sold exclusively online at Amazon.com from August 2025 through October 2025. Approximately 200 units are affected by this recall.
Affected Products
The recalled products are Sofoliana and Glotika baby loungers. Both are rectangular in shape and consist of a foam sleeping pad and padded bumpers with a cloth cover. The Sofoliana baby loungers are dark gray and feature a ribbon tie at the bottom of the lounger. The Glotika baby loungers zip up into a bag with an adjustable strap and were available in three color options: gray-rocket, pink-heart, and white-elephant. The printed design is located on the inside of the lounger. Neither the Sofoliana nor the Glotika baby loungers have any markings or labeling.
The Sofoliana baby loungers were sold for between $30 and $40. The Glotika baby loungers were sold for between $40 and $50. All units were manufactured in China. No specific model numbers, UPCs, or date codes are provided in the recall notice.
Hazard Information
The recalled baby loungers violate the mandatory safety standard for Infant Sleep Products. Specifically, the sides of the loungers are too low to contain an infant, and the enclosed openings at the foot of the loungers are wider than allowed. These design characteristics pose serious risks of fall and entrapment hazards to infants. Additionally, the baby loungers do not have a stand, which creates a fall hazard if the product is used on elevated surfaces. According to the recall notice, these violations create an unsafe sleeping environment and can cause death or serious injury.
No injuries have been reported in connection with these products.
Consumer Action Required
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled baby loungers. The remedy requires consumers to remove the foam and pad from the baby lounger’s cover and then cut the cover, foam, and pad in half. After destroying the product in this manner, consumers must take a photograph of the destroyed pieces and email the photo to BosenRecall@outlook.com to receive a full refund.
Official Remedy
The official remedy offered by the distributor is a full refund. No replacement or repair options are specified in the recall notice.
Contact Information
Consumers with questions or seeking further information should contact Bosen US by email at BosenRecall@outlook.com. No phone number or mailing address is provided in the recall notice.
