WHAT HAPPENED
A recall has been issued for CO-OP brand gas canisters (for cassette stoves) sold in packs of three 250g units. The product, manufactured by Nihon Gas Co., Ltd. and distributed by the Japanese Consumers’ Co-operative Union, was found to have a defect in internal components that could lead to gas leakage when the canister is attached to a cassette stove.
