The product was sold exclusively online at www.amazon.com from August 21, 2023, through August 2024, for approximately $40. The number of units affected is about 1,170. The product was manufactured in China.

3. Hazard Information
The recalled bed rails violate federal regulations for adult portable bed rails. According to the recall notice, when the bed rails are attached to a bed, users can become entrapped within the bed rail or between the bed rail and the side of the mattress.
