1. Recall Summary
On October 2, 2025, Blossom Blanks, LLC dba Blossom, of Gadsden, Alabama, issued a recall for approximately 630 units of Blossom-branded children’s two-piece loungewear sets. The recall was initiated because the loungewear sets violate the mandatory flammability standard for children’s sleepwear, posing a risk of burn injuries or death to children. No injuries have been reported in connection with this recall. The recall notice was published by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) under Recall Number 26003.

2. Affected Products
The recalled products are Blossom-branded children’s two-piece loungewear sets. Each set consists of a short-sleeved or long-sleeved, button-up shirt with a front pocket and matching shorts or pants.

– Short-sleeved sets were sold in the following colors: white, navy, light blue, light pink, and lilac. They were available in four designs: fireworks, multi-stripes, tulips, and sailboats.
– Long-sleeved sets were sold in two designs: letter to Santa and Santa paws.
– The loungewear sets were sold in children’s sizes 12 months (12M) through 12 years (12Y).
– The word “Blossom” and the size are printed on the sewn-in neck label.

The sets were sold at the following retail locations: Little Pineapple in Colfax, North Carolina; Once Upon a Time in Birmingham, Alabama; The Pink Pineapple in Clayton, North Carolina; Lily Jane Columbia in Columbia, Tennessee; Sweet Dreams in Madison, Mississippi; Joggling Board in Pawleys Island, South Carolina; and Little Chunky Monkeys in Southside, Alabama. They were also sold online at blossomocc.com, littlepineappleboutique.com, onceuponatimechildrens.com, pinkpineapplenc.com, lilyjanecolumbia.com, and shoplittlechunkymonkeys.com. The sets were sold from September 2023 through May 2025 for between $18 and $35. The products were manufactured in India.

3. Hazard Information
The recalled children’s loungewear sets violate the mandatory flammability standard for children’s sleepwear. This violation poses a risk of burn injuries or death to children. As of the date of the recall notice, no injuries have been reported.

4. Consumer Action Required
Consumers should stop using the recalled loungewear sets immediately. Consumers must destroy the garments by cutting them in half. After destroying the garments, consumers should take a photo of the destroyed items. Consumers should then send the photo by email to sales@blossomocc.com to receive a refund. Proof of purchase (receipt) is not required.

5. Official Remedy
The official remedy is a full refund in the original form of payment or store credit. To obtain the refund, consumers must follow the destruction and photo submission process described above. No other remedy options are specified in the recall notice.
