2. Affected Products
The recalled product is the JOKOSIS Bed Rail, model HC0262. The bed rails are black in color and include a zippered storage pouch. The product measures 31.5 inches tall by 40.6 inches wide. The model number “HC0262” is printed on the product packaging. The bed rails were sold online at Amazon.com from August 2025 through November 2025 for a retail price between $40 and $50. The product was manufactured in China.

3. Hazard Information
The recalled bed rails violate the mandatory federal standard for adult portable bed rails. Specifically, when the bed rails are attached to a bed, users can become entrapped within the bed rail or between the bed rail and the side of the mattress. This poses a serious entrapment hazard and a risk of death by asphyxiation. Additionally, the bed rails do not bear the required hazard warning labels as mandated by the federal standard. As of the date of this recall notice, no injuries have been reported.

4. Consumer Action Required
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled JOKOSIS Bed Rails. To receive a refund, consumers must take the following steps:
– Write the word “RECALLED” on the upper and lower rails of the bed rail using a permanent marker.
– Take a photograph of the marked bed rails showing the word “RECALLED” clearly on both the upper and lower rails.
– Email the photograph to JOKOSIS at jokosisbedrailrecall@outlook.com.
– After receiving confirmation from JOKOSIS, consumers should dispose of the recalled product in accordance with state and local waste disposal procedures.
